Ordering From AZ Sports
Place your order on our secure server shopping cart.  Your order will be processed either the same or the next day.  Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey and will reach you in 1-7 days depending on where you live.   Orders paid by check or money order will be shipped after the check or money order is cleared through the bank.

Shipping Information
All continental USA orders are shipped via USPS.  If you'd like your order expedite, you must choose your desired option  when you check out in the shopping cart and you should also shoot us an email to ensure that we have received your urgent order.  Any requests for expedited orders must be received by noon EST.
 
Return Policy
Items may be returned provided they have not been washed or worn. Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria,will not be eligible (i.e.dirty,smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks,have visible signs of wear, etc).If the item received is in non re-sellable condition, the item cannot be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer. 
 
If your item is returned properly folded in a non-ripped bag, and is clean and not worn, there is a 30% restocking fee for your return while there is no fee for exchange. Please make sure to include your name, address, telephone and email along with an explanation of why the item is being returned and the size and style wanted as the exchange, or if requesting a refund.
 
Return shipping will be covered by the customer.

How do I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent from UPS and USPS within 1-2 business days.  If you have not received your tracking number, please send an email to Info@az-store.com
 
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all credit cards displayed on website as well as PayPal.
 
When will I receive my order? 
If you reside in the continental USA, then you'll receive your order in 1-7 days depending on how far you are from our warehouse in New Jersey. 
 
We also expedite your order so that you may receive your order faster. Order that are to be expedited need to be received by 12 noon (EST)..    
 
Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted? 
If you call us right away, we should be able to make the change. However, we do process orders quickly and there is always the chance that you not be able to change the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your change.    
 
Can you save us money? We live outside the 48 states. 
Yes, we can save you alot of money.  For customers residing in Hawaii, Guam, PR, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, APO, AE, Marshall Islands, American Samoa we ship via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. USPS rates are much cheaper than UPS. If you prefer, however, we can ship via UPS.   Just let us know in the "comments" section of the order form.  
 
What are the charges for shipping internationally? 
 All international orders are subject to confirmation of shipping charges.
Shipping charges are based on international location and weight of the items ordered.
